1. What types of loans are available at Finsource Credit?

The financing products provided by Finsource Credit is Property Loan.

The lowest interest rate per month is 1% per month for a property loan. However, the actual interest rate varies depending on the loan amount and the profile of the borrower.

There are no penalty fees for early settlement.

  • Property Loan – 84 months

We DO NOT offer any discount on the monthly interest rate.

The legal fees is up to 2% of your loan amount.

We will contact our lawyer to take legal action against you if you are unable to make your repayment on time.

The late charges is 8% per annum on the amount arrears calculated from the overdue date till date of full monthly repayment.

The pledged properties that we accept as collateral security including but not limited to, agricultural land, factory, shop lot, and housing.

We only provide financing solutions catered specifically to SMEs at the moment.
